Role Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Strong experience in Financial or banking domain is required.
Minimum 3 years of technical leadership, with strong architecture and solution design capability.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in building and supporting enterprise systems using in C# and .NET.
In-depth Microsoft SQL Server expertise, including query writing, debugging and tuning
Well versed in Scrum/Agile delivery and familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Strong ownership and clear communication with engineers and business stakeholders.
Exposure to AI-assisted SDLC tools and ways of working.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
