Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / AI Engineer to develop and implement cybersecurity solutions protecting IT infrastructure, OT systems, IoT devices, and critical business information across operations and EPCIC projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, frameworks, security architecture, and technical controls to safeguard IT and OT environments
• Design and manage secure IT/OT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, IoT devices, and remote access solutions to ensure robust protection
• Implement and maintain security technologies such as firewalls and identity management systems to enforce access control and threat prevention
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, security audits, and incident investigations to identify and mitigate threats
• Develop security monitoring, anomaly detection, and threat detection solutions using data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to enhance proactive defense
• Implement secure communication protocols, device authentication, encryption, PKI, and certificate management for distributed systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Integrate cybersecurity requirements throughout the EPCIC project lifecycle including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning to maintain security compliance
• Review technical specifications, system architecture, vendor proposals, and client cybersecurity requirements to ensure alignment with security standards
• Support system integration, API connectivity, messaging protocols, and secure data exchange between IT, OT, and cloud environments to enable seamless and secure operations
• Engage with customers and project stakeholders to understand technical requirements, develop solution architectures, conduct proof of concepts, and present technical solutions effectively
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations to maintain organizational and project security posture

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT, IoT, or industrial systems
• Good knowledge of network security, cloud security, Linux, VPN, PKI, and system integration
• Familiarity with OT/ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, and industrial communication protocols
• Good Exposure / Understanding of  Engineering workflow / Processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Python, C++, APIs, Docker, automation, or AI/ML-based anomaly detection
• CISSP, CISM, or ISA/IEC 62443 certifications
