IT Workforce Manager

The IT Workforce Manager is responsible for coordinating IT workforce planning, talent acquisition, personnel administration, and staff-development activities for the IT Division. The position implements and maintains the IT Division target staffing model; coordinates early-career, internship, staff-augmentation, onboarding, and personnel-management activities; and supports professional development and knowledge sharing for IT staff. The position also monitors and reconciles salary budgets, processes salary-budget adjustments and personnel change requests, manages work-study allocations and IT scholarship activities, and maintains personnel dashboard and salary reporting in compliance with established policies and procedures.
