WS Graduate Assistant - Degree Progress & Graduation Initiatives

Description of Duties:

• Provide guidance and support to students seeking assistance from program.
• May lead or support student success projects related to communication, outreach, data analysis, workshops, academic innovation, presentations, and social media.
• Develop resources and guides geared at helping students prepare for graduation.
• Work with student success and academic tools, technology platforms/applications, or CRM software.
• Assist with complex student inquiries, solution finding, and making referrals to appropriate campus resources when needed.
• Collaborate with campus partners, faculty, or students regarding assigned initiatives.
• Tracking and progress monitoring of students for assigned initiative.
• May perform research functions on topics relating to student success, academic support, university degree planning, student progress, and degree completion.
• Review data to gather insights relating to student progress and degree completion.
• Provide support to unit and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.
