• HIRING: IT SALES REPRESENTATIVE / B2B TECH SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

Drive business growth by identifying and engaging B2B clients to deliver tailored IT solutions. Manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage B2B clients (SMEs and enterprises) to promote IT products, software solutions, cloud services, and managed IT services
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as CTOs, IT Managers, and Business Owners
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer business needs
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tender documents, and commercial contracts accurately and timely
• Manage the entire sales process from cold-calling and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue KPIs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate account management, or IT hardware/software/solution sales
• Familiarity with enterprise software (SaaS, ERP, CRM), cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT hardware
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills demonstrated in sales contexts
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a consultative selling approach
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin) to support regional client engagement
