Sr. Strategic Human Resources Partner

We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a key member of the HR leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role acts as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to executive and operational leaders, including the Presidents of the Austin, West, and Woodlands campuses, supporting a multi-site community hospital network. The HRBP partners closely with leadership to align people strategies with organizational priorities, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and culture. This position delivers high-impact, data-informed HR solutions that advance excellence in patient care, research, and innovation. While supporting multiple locations, the role is primarily based in Austin and operates within a hybrid model, with periodic travel and in-person engagement across campuses.
