We are looking for an AI-forward leader to lead Marketing Operations at Restaurant365. This person runs the systems, data, and processes behind our demand generation engine and owns lead flow from first touch to sales handoff. That includes HubSpot and Salesforce administration, scoring and routing, campaign tracking, and the reporting marketing leadership uses to make budget and program decisions. You will set the direction for how the MOPs team uses AI, build the agents and automated workflows yourself, and train the team to build and run them. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations, work daily with Demand Generation leadership, and coordinate with Sales, Sales Development, Customer Support, and Finance. 

This role is hybrid, balancing flexibility with the value of in-person collaboration. To support connection, partnership, and team effectiveness, employees are expected to work onsite each Tuesday and Wednesday.
