Senior Facilities Space Planner

Partners with Texas Children's leadership to ensure the most effective and efficient use of real property assets and space within the real estate portfolio. Assists with the development of Texas Children's strategic facility plan, determines long-term space demand, and identifies space solutions that facilitate Texas Children's business objectives. Collaborates with end-users and internal stakeholders to understand operational workflows, spatial relationships and required adjacencies. Develops tactical solutions that optimize individual departmental needs in consideration of general interest requirements and space constraints. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the Planning staff.
