About the Role

QIMI Capital Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based fund management company regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), is seeking a Product Manager to support the development, structuring, launch and ongoing management of investment products and solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the investment, operations, compliance and business development teams, as well as external financial institutions and service providers, to support the company's product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Structuring & Vehicle Management: Lead the design and structuring of various fund vehicles, including Structured/Vehicles (e.g., VCCs, Feeder Funds, SMA), ensuring they align with MAS regulatory frameworks and the firm's strategic goals.

• Diverse Product Coverage: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a diverse product shelf, including Unit Trusts, Thematic/Sector Funds, Private/Alternative Products (e.g., Private Credit, Private Equity, Feeder Funds), as well as AMC Notes (Accredited/Managed/Private Notes) and other bespoke Structured Products (e.g., capital-protected notes, yield-enhancement structures, dual-currency notes).

• Bespoke Solution Design: Work closely with the CIO and structuring teams to design and price custom Structured Products and AMC Notes tailored to the specific risk/return profiles of UHNW clients and family offices.

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends in both public and private markets. Analyze competitor offerings to define product positioning, target investors, and pricing strategies.

• Regulatory Filings & Compliance: Prepare comprehensive product proposals and manage the regulatory submission process (e.g., MAS filings, prospectus drafting, structured note offering documents) in close coordination with legal and compliance teams.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales/BD to package the products into compelling client solutions. Coordinate with marketing for product launches and monitor post-launch performance to ensure the shelf remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment banking, private banking, wealth management or investment product management.
• Good understanding of investment funds, financial markets and investment products.
• Experience in product development, onboarding, documentation or implementation.
• Familiarity with Singapore's financial regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to alternative investments, structured products or Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs).
• Familiarity with Singapore VCCs and offshore investment fund structures.
• Experience working with banks, product issuers, fund administrators, legal advisers and other financial service providers.
• Understanding of investment product distribution, commercialization and product lifecycle management.
