Practice Administrator II

We’re looking for a Practice Administrator II, someone who’s ready to grow with our company. In this position you will plan, organize, staff, and direct activities in the Physician Service Organization's clinical sections in collaboration with designated physician leader(s). Activities include planning and performance management, performance improvement, coaching, staffing, budgeting, policies and procedures, and collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine on the section's research and academic pursuits.
