The UTRGV School of Medicine seeks a part-time faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor for teaching a Radiology elective. Experience teaching in an LCME accredited medical school is preferred. The Assistant Professor will contribute to the education and development of medical students through the delivery of a structured Radiology elective. The faculty member will provide high-quality, clinically relevant instruction in diagnostic imaging, facilitate case-based and interactive learning and assess student performance.
The faculty member will work collaboratively with the Department of Medical Education to ensure that the elective aligns with institutional curriculum objectives, medical student competencies, and applicable accreditation standards.
Academic rank will be awarded commensurate with experience and academic credentials.
