What We Are Looking For
A Level 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning (e.g., NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants) or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in leading whole classes or delivering planned lessons independently to cover teacher non-contact time.
Confidence in managing classroom behaviour, maintaining routines, and supporting pupils across English, maths, and the broader curriculum.
Exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and a resilient, collaborative approach.
