Role Description & Requirements

We'd love to hear from someone who:

Brings energy, compassion and resilience to their work, with a strong commitment to supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs
Has the confidence to lead interventions, support colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of a nurturing SEMH provision
Holds HLTA status (or an equivalent qualification) and has experience of working with children with SEMH needs, alongside a strong understanding of inclusive practice, behaviour support and child development.
