Are you an experienced, ambitious, and compassionate leader looking for a rewarding new challenge? Arbour Academy, a specialist secondary provision for pupils in Years 7 to 11 with ASC/SEMH needs, is seeking a dynamic Head Teacher to lead our dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in headship or as a Head of School, ideally in specialist or alternative settings

Has expertise in supporting children with SEMH/ASC and those with EHCPs

Can lead school improvement from a low starting point, including successful Ofsted inspections

Demonstrates strong leadership, integrity, and a commitment to inclusive education

Is able to engage and inspire staff, pupils, families, and the wider community
