Exam Development Program Manager, NetSuite Certification

The NetSuite Certification Program Manager provides progressive, role-based credentials that validate a candidate's ability to apply NetSuite leading practices, from foundational Associate certifications through advanced Professional-level expertise. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of certification exams and related credentials. This role partners closely with subject matter experts, product teams, Customer Education, assessment vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure exams are valid, reliable, and legally defensible.
