Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Responsibilities:
- Daily Payment Processing for PL, Credit Card, Cashline, ESL
- Monitoring sundry/suspense account used for Personal Loan, ensure outstanding item is settled before the ageing limit
- Ensuring the request via email/I-Serve for financial adjustment, maintenance including close and re-book and Early Pay Off request are executed as per SLA
- Handling Collection program or other Marketing Programme related to Personal Loans
- Handling Ad-hoc request/programme that is related to Personal Loan
- Handling fee waiver for ESL and other adhoc request related to ESL product as per SLA
- Handling customer query related to incoming payment etc, and ensure the complaint is responded and closed within the agreed TAT

Requirements:

- University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any major

- Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

- Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
