Texas State UniversityRole Description & Requirements
Reporting to the Associate Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) in Student Involvement & Engagement, the Coordinator for Healthy Communities & Engagement acts as an advisor, coach, and advocate for the campus fraternity and sorority community. This specialized role focuses on creating out-of-classroom learning experiences that enhance student retention, physical and mental well-being, and a true sense of belonging across all governing councils. The coordinator leads initiatives that counter high-risk behaviors by embedding community care, accountability, and inclusive leadership development into the lifecycle of fraternity and sorority members.
