Business Systems Analyst II

Epic Applications Support manage all phases of a system optimization or upgrade project and provides production services such as recommending improvements to strategy, system usage, or process through the application of business and technology skill sets. Reviews and analyzes programming systems including testing and documenting Epic applications. Consults with customers to identify current operation procedures and to clarify program objectives. Additional responsibilities include workflow administration, data management and performing minor modifications to the application. TCP/TCUC role may require evening/weekend work as well as travel to practices sites, including but may not be limited to travel within Houston and Austin.
