Assistant Director, MBA Enrollment Management Operations

Rice Business is seeking an Assistant Director of MBA Enrollment Management Operations to support the daily management and optimization of admissions systems, including Slate CRM and related platforms, across all MBA programs. This role provides technical and operational expertise to enhance admissions workflows, data management, and the applicant experience. The Assistant Director will collaborate with key stakeholders, oversee the MBA Admissions Ambassadors program and interview operations, and support enrollment goals through efficient processes and best practices.
