Role Description & Requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering the Trust’s ambitious programme of capital investment. Working within a supportive team, you will manage a varied portfolio of projects from concept to completion, influence design and delivery, and work alongside consultants, contractors and school leaders to create high quality environments for our pupils and staff.

We welcome applications from candidates with diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives. If you're interested in the role but aren't certain that you meet every requirement, we encourage you to get in touch for an informal discussion.

Reporting to the Director of IT and Capital Projects, you will act as the Trust's client representative, managing projects from inception through to completion and ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will lead a diverse portfolio of capital and estate development projects, coordinating consultants, contractors, stakeholders and specialist advisers throughout the project lifecycle. From developing business cases and tender documentation to overseeing construction activities, commissioning and handover, you will provide expert project management that supports the Trust's strategic estate ambitions.

If you would like to join our Laurus family in a rewarding role that changes the lives of our pupils by empowering them to become the best that they can be then we would love to hear from you.
