• Ship features that matter: You build architectural and UI features that SMEs use in their daily financial operations.

• Build with your squad: You work with Product, Design, Frontend and Backend to turn a need into a shipped feature.

• Solve real-time challenges: You tackle real-time synchronization issues in the app.

• Raise the quality bar: You refactor continuously and write tests, so the codebase improves with every release.

• Lead new initiatives: You take the lead on new initiatives as they come up.

• Native iOS expertise: You’re a native mobile engineer with strong Swift and a deep grasp of the iOS SDK and development lifecycle.

• Quality by habit: You write unit and snapshot tests (XCTest) and follow clean code and SOLID principles.

• Pragmatic problem-solving: You choose the simplest solution that delivers real value.

• Clear collaboration in English: You communicate fluently in English with technical and non-technical colleagues.

• AI to raise the bar: You use AI to improve the quality of your work, not just your speed.

• Architecture: 100% Swift on MVP & Clean Architecture with the Coordinator pattern, 35+ independent modules and a centralized design system.

• UI direction: All new screens are built in SwiftUI (MVVM) with async/await, and 80+ screens are already migrated.

• Build & CI/CD: Tuist for project generation and build optimization, plus GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Firebase Test Lab, Sonar and Fastlane.

• Testing culture: 30,000+ unit tests, 450+ snapshot tests and SwiftyMocky for mock generation.

• AI-first tooling: Cursor or Copilot for every engineer, with LLMs integrated into the dev workflow.
