Senior Product Development Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Ensure accurate product information and development tracking within the PLM system
• Partner with all relevant teams to translate creative concepts into commercially viable products, ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness and quality
• Negotiate costs and timelines while maintaining high quality and sustainability standards
• Manage development timelines, approval processes and PLM data accuracy to meet deadlines without compromising design integrity or margin goals
• Analyse performance, consumer insights and competitor activity to guide product development decisions

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Product Development, Fashion Design, Merchandising or related fields
• More than 8 years of relevant experience in fashion product development
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, materials, costing, quality standards and supplier management
• Experience in using and maintaining PLM systems, including product data, specifications and development milestones
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance, consumer insights and market trends
• Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
