We provide further, higher, and adult education to approximately 8,000 students and apprentices, aiming to deliver extraordinary teaching and learning experiences through a responsive and innovative curriculum.

We operate from two main campuses and boast several specialized training centres.

Aligned with our strategic aim to provide first-class estates and resources, our £8.1 million Advanced Technology and Automotive Centre (ATAC) opened in September 2024, purpose-built for engineering and automotive studies.

We opened the doors, in November 2025 to a state-of-the-art £61 million city centre campus.

Job Purpose:

The SEND & Inclusion Assessor plays a central role in identifying learner needs, developing Inclusion Support Plans (ISPs), and ensuring learners receive appropriate support across the college. The role strengthens early intervention, supports transitions, and aligns with the current national context where fewer learners are granted EHCPs, making robust ISP processes essential.

Salary: Scale 5 SCP 19-22 - £26,630 - £29,000
