Overall responsible for excellent shopfloor operation including production team and service technician team management.
As the department HSE coordinator to ensure “0” safety incident.
Shopfloor quality mindset continuous improvement to prevent quality incidents or batch failures.
Lead direct productivity continuously reduction to contribute yearly PPC target achievement.
Cooperate with team for production capacity planning and improvement for customer demand fulfillment.
As value stream BPS enabler, drive and coach BPS methodology application for BPS elements maturity enhancement and CIP.
Digital strategy deployment and drive digital solution/AI agents implementation base on the business requirements.
Shopfloor foreman team coaching and development for DLR target achievements, and employee relationship maintenance.
Other tasks/projects assigned by department head.

Bachelor degree in Electrical or other Engineering fields
Min. 5 years experiences of production management in global automotive companies. (automotive electrical is preferred)
LEAN production; Teamwork;
Resilient; Coordination; Communication.
