Product Owner cum Delivery Manager - ISO20022 Migration

We are looking to hire a Product Owner cum Delivery Manager in Singapore to support our client which is a leading global investment bank. The successful candidate will work on the below areas:

Product Ownership & Strategy:

• Define product vision and roadmap for ISO20022 migration aligned with CBPR+, business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Elicit, analyze and prioritize business requirements ensuring ISO20022, SWIFT and regulatory compliance.
  Own and manage product backlog in Jira - EPICs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria - prioritized by business value and urgency.

Delivery & Execution:

• Own end-to-end delivery from planning to go-live. Create release plan, sprint plan, capacity planning and manage cross-functional team (Business, IT, QA, Partner Banks). Track milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget, zero-defect delivery.

Stakeholder & Governance:

• Act as SPOC for Business, IT, SWIFT and APAC partner banks.
• Drive alignment on scope, timelines, dependencies and sign-offs. Provide regular RAG status, progress, risks and issues to PMO and Steering Committee.

Solution, Testing & Quality:

• Collaborate with Dev/QA to design and validate MT to MX mapping - MT103/202/950 to pacs.008/009, camt.053/056/087 ensuring STP.
• Lead SIT, UAT, Industry-wide testing, PVT and Dry Run strategy and execution.
• Ensure compliance and enforce Definition of Done.

Risk, Change & Go-Live:

• Identify, assess and mitigate project, technical and compliance risks to ensure minimal business disruption.
• Develop and implement change management, training and communication for smooth transition.
• Ensure smooth go-live, hypercare support, defect triage and stabilization.
