Product Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Job Description:

• Lead product launches, indication expansions and lifecycle management.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and gather HCP/KOL/patient insights.
• Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, promotional activities and digital engagement strategies.
• Manage congresses, advisory boards and scientific events, and maintain strong KOL relationships.
• Develop compliant promotional materials and provide product training to the sales force and key customers.
• Manage brand budgets, ROI, P&L and forecasting.
• Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning and expiry risk management.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Min 3–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in product launches and prescription / OTC medicines is preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, commercial execution and pharmaceutical marketing..
