Act as secretary of the Disclosure Committee and maintain the Company's disclosure controls.
Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing rules (where applicable) and the Companies Act 1967, including prompt disclosure of material information and corporate governance requirements.
Run the insider trading compliance programme, where applicable, including blackout periods, pre-clearance, insider lists and directors' and officers' shareholding disclosures.
Review results announcements, investor presentations and other public statements for legal and disclosure risk.
Advise on any other legal, regulatory or governance matters arising from the Company's status as a listed company, if and when applicable, including post-listing obligations, corporate actions and engagement with stock exchange and securities regulators.

Own the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, the whistleblowing channel and the anti-bribery and corruption programme.
Oversee trade compliance, including sanctions screening, export controls, customs requirements and tariff developments affecting cross-border e-commerce.
Oversee data protection and cybersecurity compliance under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and equivalent laws in the Group's other markets.
Monitor regulatory developments in the Group's key markets and report their impact to senior management and the Audit Committee.
Commercial, transactions and disputes
Review and approve material commercial contracts, including platform, carrier, vendor, warehousing, customer and technology agreements, and maintain Group contract standards.
Lead the legal work on acquisitions, strategic investments and international expansion.
