Experience of carrying out building repairs, maintenance or practical site-related duties?
An understanding of health and safety requirements and how these are applied in practice?
The ability to maintain safe, secure and welcoming environments?
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload?
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team?
Positive communication and interpersonal skills when working with colleagues, contractors and visitors?
